This information guided the creation of detailed wireframes and information architecture. The website's design emphasized simplicity and responsive layouts suitable for mobile devices. The implementation phase involved setting up the Umbraco content management system, integrating templates, and developing modules in accordance with web and accessibility standards. Notable features included a document management system with workflow capabilities, a Safer Policing mapping tool for locating local teams and priorities, and online reporting forms. The project was managed with an agile approach, encompassing testing, quality assurance, and ongoing support.
